Vikas Lifecare allots 26.53 cr equity shares under rights issue

Vikas Lifecare has allotted 26,53,98,198 rights equity shares of face value of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 1.58 per rights equity share including share premium of Rs 0.85 per rights equity share.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 92,88,93,693 equity shares of Re 1 each.
