Vodafone Idea Ltd Spikes 19.6%, S&P BSE Telecom index Rises 3.33%

Vodafone Idea Ltd has added 12.68% over last one month compared to 11.98% gain in S&P BSE Telecom index and 3.37% rise in the SENSEX

Vodafone Idea Ltd rose 19.6% today to trade at Rs 7.2. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 3.33% to quote at 1118.64. The index is up 11.98 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tejas Networks Ltd increased 12.71% and GTL Infrastructure Ltd added 4.76% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went up 8 % over last one year compared to the 14.51% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Vodafone Idea Ltd has added 12.68% over last one month compared to 11.98% gain in S&P BSE Telecom index and 3.37% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 73.14 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 492.46 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 27.51 on 21 Nov 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 2.61 on 15 Nov 2019.
