Volumes jump at M&M Financial Services counter

Abbott India, Kitex Garments, Unichem Laboratories and Container Corporation of India are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 3 September 2015.

M&M Financial Services clocked volume of 32.01 lakh shares by 14:00 IST on BSE, a 36.06-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 89,000 shares. The stock rose 1.66% to Rs 253.65.

Abbott India notched up volume of 14,000 shares, a 8.7-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock rose 4.32% to Rs 5,210.

Kitex Garments saw volume of 1.51 lakh shares, a 8.02-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 19,000 shares. The stock jumped 14.04% to Rs 770.

Unichem Laboratories clocked volume of 3.33 lakh shares, a 6.64-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 50,000 shares. The stock surged 14.83% to Rs 307.45.

Container Corporation of India saw volume of 79,000 shares, a 5.54-fold rise over two-week average daily volume 14,000 shares. The stock fell 3.93% to Rs 1,405.10.
