Bajaj Holdings & Investment notched up volume of 3 lakh shares, a 90.27-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,325 shares. The stock rose 0.17% at Rs 968.
HIL saw volume of 1.84 lakh shares, a 50.11-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 3,666 shares. The stock jumped 6.47% at Rs 287.
HCL Infosystems clocked volume of 83.19 lakh shares, a 9.58-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 8.68 lakh shares. The stock was locked at 20% upper circuit at Rs 34.10.
