Wipro announces change in key personnel and compliance officer
On 21 April 2015
Wipro announced that :1. Rishad Azim Premji is appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 01 May 2015.

2. V Ramachandran, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 22 April 2015.
3. Jatin Pravinchandra Dalal, Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 23 April 2015.
