XPRO India to sell Pithampur Unit for Rs 14 crore
Transaction expected to complete on 15 April 2018
XPRO India announced that Company has entered into a 'Term Sheet' on 28 February 2018 (which is subject to necessary approvals and signing of Definitive Agreement) to sell / transfer the Pithampur Unit of the Company situated at Plot No. 78, Sector III, Industrial Area, Pithampur - 454774, Dist. Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, on 'as is where is' basis at a consideration of Rs. 14 crore for Fixed Assets, with JKM Ventures (which does not belong to and has no connection whatsoever with the Promoter/Promoter Group/Group Companies).
