Ybrant Digital proposes to be renamed 'Lycos Internet'

For purpose of Group identity

Ybrant Digital announced its intent to change the name of the Company to 'Lycos Internet' subject to approval of shareholders and ROC. This will see the consolidation of all media properties to simplify the identity of the group to a well-known and easy name 'Lycos'.
