Zuari Agro Chemicals updates on scheme of amalgamation
Receives certified copy of NCLT Order on 07 November 2017
Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that it has on 07 November received the certified copy of the Order passed by the NCLT approving the scheme of amalgamation of Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals ('ZFCL'), Zuari Speciality Fertilisers ('ZSFL') and Zuari Agri Sciences ('ZASL') with the Company. The Company is in process of filing the same with the RoC, pursuant to which the scheme shall become effective from the appointed date of 01 April 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
