Thirteen members of a family and a driver were killed in a road accident in Rajasthan early Saturday, police said.
The incident took place near Balesar village in the state's Jodhpur district, 350 km from here.
"A family of 17 people were going to Jodhpur to participate in a feast when the SUV in which they were travelling collided with another SUV," police inspector Gautam Dotasara said.
"Thirteen people of the family and the driver of the other SUV were killed in the accident," Dotasara said.
He added that five men, four children and five women were among the dead.
"Four are critically injured. They are undergoing treatment...," the officer said.
