15 tonnes of waste collected in Dubai

Dubai, Dec 4 (IANS/WAM) Dubai Municipality's Waste Management Department has collected 15 tonnes of waste during the 42nd National Day celebrations of the United Arab Emirates Dec 2-3.

The department deployed special teams and intensified their routine activities to manage and collect waste from various parts of the emirate to maintain the cleanliness of the city.

The waste collected from various parts of Dubai was safely transported to waste disposal areas, according to an official.
