4 landmines seized from Maoists' hideout in Jharkhand

Jharkhand police seized four landmines and four weapons from a hideout of Maoist guerrillas in Dhanbad district of Jharkhand on Monday.
According to police, four landmines, two pistols, two rifles and live cartridges were seized during search operation at Madaidih jungle situated under Topchachi police station of Dhanbad district, around 200 km from Ranchi.
Maoist guerrillas are active in 18 of the 24 districts of the state.
