Up to 400 youngsters are participating in the ongoing 14th annual Olumide Oyedeji summer basketball camp here.
Oyedeji, the organiser of the event, told reporters Tuesday that the turnout of the budding basketball players at the week-long camp was impressive, reports Xinhua.
Oyedeji, who is also the captain of the national men's team, described this year's camp as unique judging from its theme "Basically Beyond Basketball."
He said participants would be taught fundamental skills in the game such as jumping, bouncing with the ball running and handling.
The camp which began Sep 9 at the Mobolaji Johnson Sports Complex in Yaba area of Lagos, and ends Sep 14.
