The Aam Aadmi Party is holding a day-long national executive meeting here Saturday to discuss the strategies for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

In a meeting here at Constitutional Club, 35 AAP members will plan and assess its preparedness for the general elections.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal before the meeting told media: "We are strengthening party's base in the rural and urban population. We are here to clean the political system and we have to prepare for it."

"I want to take our fight against corruption further," Kejriwal said.

AAP has completed a week in governance in the national capital Saturday, and has already won the confidence motion Thursday with the support of Congress during the trust vote.
