Metropolitan Magistrate Bhavna Kalia on Monday dismissed the bail plea of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Dinesh Mohaniya in a sexual harassment case.
Mohaniya, an MLA from Sangam Vihar in south Delhi, was arrested on Saturday on charges of "sexual harassment" on a complaint filed by a woman who visited his office-cum-residence with others to complain about irregular water supply.
The legislator was arrested while addressing a press conference at his residence.
