A student of National Institute of Technology (NIT) here was found dead inside the campus Wednesday, police said.
"The body of Rahul Kumar, 21, a second year student of electronics and communications engineering was found in a bathroom of the NIT complex," a police spokesman told reporters. The institute is located 25 km north of the city.
The student hails from Moharai village in Bihar's Bhojpur district.
The cause of death could only be ascertained after the post-mortem examination, police said.
"No complain or adverse report behind the death was received so far. The NIT authorities fear the death might be due to a heart attack," a police officer said.
The NIT authorities have refused to talk to media.
