The AIADMK party has asked all its legislative assembly members to be present at the party headquarters here Sunday, said a party official.
The meeting is expected to choose the party's next chief minister following the conviction of the incumbent J. Jayalalithaa in the Rs.66-crore disproportionate assets case by a special court in Bangalore Saturday.
Jayalalithaa has been sentenced to four years imprisonment and a fine of Rs.100 crore has been slapped on her. She is currently in a Bangalore jail.
Tamil Nadu ministers, AIADMK party leaders and legislative assembly members are in Bangalore.
The meeting at the party headquarters here is expected to be held in the evening.
