Arjun Bijlani to play double role in 'Naagin'

Actor Arjun Bijlani will be seen playing a double role in TV show "Naagin". He is excited about essaying a dual avatar for the first time in his more than a decade-long career.

"In my entire career this is the first time I will be playing a double role. I think I am excited, but at the same time nervous too because the audience has loved my character as Ritik and I hope the reaction would be even better for this one," Arjun said in a statement.

Arjun, who is famously known by his onscreen character name Ritik, will be essaying the role of his own father. This twist in the story line will bring in more mysteries around the character of Ritik and his past.

The 33-year-old actor says playing two characters at the same time will "definitely be challenging" for him.

"I always look forward to such difficult roles. I hope the audience would continue to shower their love and blessings," he added.

The coming week will also put Mouni Roy's character Shivanya yet again in a serious dilemma as she struggles to understand the past life for her husband Ritik in the Colors channel show.
