Arjun Rampal, who will be seen in Nikhil Advani's "D-Day" as a RAW agent, lauds the director for attempting to make a first-of-its-kind action-thriller.
"It was a very difficult film. No one has ever attempted such a thriller action film. To bring out so many emotions beautifully was a task and Nikhil has done a wonderful job. He is the hero of the film," said Rampal.
He was speaking at the special screening of the film here Sunday.
"D-Day", an espionage thriller, which also features Rishi Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Irrfan and Shruti Haasan, is releasing July 19.
