The Indian Army Monday said it has apprehended two residents of Pakistani Kashmir residents who had crossed into India over the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

"Alert and vigilant troops in Naoshera sector of the LoC apprehended two Pakistan Occupied Kashmir Residents who had transgressed on our side on Sunday," army spokesman, Lt.Col Manish Mehta told IANS.

He said the two had been handed over to police in Naoshera for further action and inquiries were on whether the two had inadvertently or intentionally crossed the LoC.
