"Ugly Betty" actress Ashley Jensen says she would like to reunite with the cast and work on a film based on the popular TV series.
The show, which starred America Ferrera as Betty Suarez, ended in 2010.
"Ugly Betty" told the story of Betty, who worked at Mode magazine, and the life of her family and colleagues. The series was cancelled after four series.
In an interview on "This Morning" show, Jensen, who played Betty's best friend Christina McKinney, teased that it could return for a movie version, reports ok.co.uk.
"I think the last time I was here we were talking about that but it seems to not be happening at the moment," Jensen said.
"I don't know, I mean, gosh I would love to do it! We all would. I think it was a couple of years ago, or just last year, that we had an 'Ugly Betty' reunion and we went and we all got so excited about seeing each other again," she added.
Talking about the show, Jensen said: "It was one of these programmes that really touched a lot of people and I think that a lot of people felt a lot of warmth from it. I think there could be scope for a movie, definitely."
