Atletico Nacional dropped their first points of this year's Copa Libertadores when they were held to a 0-0 home draw by Huracan.

The Colombian outfit still finished the group stage with a competition-high 16 points from six matches as they seek to win South America's top club trophy for a second time, reports Xinhua.

Argentina's Huracan also progressed to the knockout phase on Tuesday by taking second spot in Group 4 with eight points.

In other matches on Tuesday, Penarol beat Sporting Cristal 4-3, Gremio overcame Toluca 1-0 and LDU Quito held 2014 champions San Lorenzo 1-1.
