Beijing-New Delhi Yoga Conference opens in China

Over 1,000 Chinese yoga practitioners gathered for a group performance in Kunming city on Wednesday to open the China-India Yoga Conference.

The conference from May 18 to 22 will feature activities including courses from Indian yoga masters and yoga introductions for communities, Xinhua news agency reported.

It is jointly organised by the foreign affairs and overseas Chinese affairs offices and the China-India Yoga College in Kunming.
