The two ministers will hold delegation level talks with Swaraj at the Hyderabad House July 8.
"Both sides will discuss bilateral, regional and global issues of mutual interest," the statement added.
Osborne will also hold economic and financial dialogue with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
They are also scheduled to visit Mumbai.
The two British ministers will be accompanied by an official delegation comprising Minister for Business Engagement with India and Minister of State for Climate Change and Energy Gregory Barker, Minister for Government Policy in the Cabinet Office Oliver Letwin and Cabinet Office Minister Joseph Edmund Johnson.
Britain's Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg is also scheduled to visit India.
These visits are a prelude to British Prime Minister David Cameron's proposed India tour slated for September.
