Pop star Madonna was spotted wincing in pain as she walked around using crutches.
She is on crutches after a wild night left her with a bruised bones, and the pain was visible on her face as she walked into her New York apartment earlier this week, reports contactmusic.com.
"She bruised a bone in her foot from dancing in her high heels... she'll be fine and off crutches in a week," Madonna's representative said.
The "Material Girl" celebrated the New Year with a skiing trip to Switzerland with her children.
She took a tumble on the piste in Gstaad, and her injury was aggravated on New Year's Eve when she danced the night away in a pair of high-heeled shoes.
