"Bulleya" fame singer Amit Mishra says he wants to sing for "all the best composers" of India.
He would especially like to work with award winning composer A.R. Rahman.
"In terms of life, my parents of course, have been a great source of inspiration to me. My teachers too who have been so enthusiastic about music, which is my actual life. Apart from them all the legendary singers, vocalists who deliver beautiful work in the industry are inspirational to me. Living legends like Kailash Kher sir, Sonu Nigam, Mohit Chauhan, Shaan dada..." Mishra told IANS over an email.
"From the same age group, Arijit Singh, Nakash Aziz, there are so many of them to name. They all are examples of great work and inspire me in ways more than one," he added.
Mishra says he would love to sing for all the best composers in our country.
"I got a chance to sing for Sajid-Wajid for the movie 'Judwaa 2'. It was a dream come true. And of course again, one more song for Pritam da in 'Jagga Jasoos'.
"I'd like to sing for A.R. Rahman sir, Meet Bros, Sachin Jigar, Tanishk Bagchi. It was an honour to sing for Farhan Akhtar," said Mishra, who has sung hits like "Sau tarah ke", "Manma emotion jaage", "Radio" and "Galti se mistake".
"My music journey started from my school choir where my teacher selected me to be part of assemblies. So I got into music from there. My teachers have taught me a lot."
