A city court on Monday extended till July 13 the judicial custody of TDP legislator A Revanth Reddy in cash-for-vote scam.
The court dealing with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) cases also extended the remand of two other accused Sebastian Harry and Uday Simha.
With the judicial custody of the accused ending Monday, the ACB produced them before the court and sought extension of the remand on the ground that the investigations in the case are at a crucial stage.
ACB had arrested Telugu Desam Party (TDP) deputy leader in Telangana assembly Revanth Reddy on May 31 while he was handing over bribe of Rs.50 lakh to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson to induce him to vote for TDP-BJP candidate in Telangana legislative council elections.
Revanth's two aides were also arrested by the ACB in a trap laid on a complaint by Stephenson.
