Singer Colbie Caillat surprised a group of fans when she showed up at the Central Perk pop-up shop here and sang "Smelly cat" from TV show "Friends".
Wearing jeans, a white top and brown boots, the 29-year-old stepped up to the microphone to deliver an unannounced performance of the show's character Phoebe Buffay's beloved song "Smelly cat" Saturday afternoon, reports eonline.com.
"Smelly cat, smelly cat what are they feeding you? Smelly cat, smelly cat it's not your fault," she sang.
The song was first introduced by actress Lisa Kudrow, who played Buffay in the hit TV show, that went on air Sep 22, 1994.
She would often sing to co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Courteney Cox and the rest of the gang as they hung out inside the iconic coffee shop.
"That was COOL! Singin @ #CentralPerk," Caillat tweeted after her visit. "My favorite show ever #Friends20."
