Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah on Friday said that commotion in the political circles of Pakistan is a testimony to the fact that "surgical strikes" did take place.
"If they (referring to Congress and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal) had seen and analysed the flutter within the political circles of Pakistan, they wouldn't have asked for evidence," said Shah, briefing media persons here.
"Why a special parliament session was called in Pakistan? Why is Pakistan Prime Minister (Nawaz Sharif), who is hardly seen in Islamabad, is seen there these days," he threw posers.
Asked how would he react to the UN Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) having "not directly observed" any firing, Shah said: "Our Ministry of External Affiairs (MEA) will respond to that."
Shah on Friday launched a scathing attack on Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi over his "dalali" remark targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said with it, he has crossed all limits.
The BJP President also lambasted political leaders, particularly Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, for "playing politics" over the September 28-29 surgical strikes.
