Brazil football club Corinthians are in talks to sign former manager Tite for the 2015 season.
The 53-year-old has been offered a monthly salary of $260,000 to join the Sao Paulo club on a one-year deal in January, according to Folha de S.Paulo, reports Xinhua.
Corinthians have been actively seeking a new manager since announcing the departure of former Brazil coach Mano Menezes earlier this month.
Tite, who led Corinthians to the Copa Libertadores-FIFA Club World Cup double in 2012, has been out of work since leaving the club last December.
In an interview with Globoesporte Thursday, Tite said he would return to coaching in 2015.
"I don't want to talk about Corinthians or any other club, but I will return in 2015," he said.
Corinthians finished fourth in Brazil's 2014 Serie A championship, a result that secured a berth in the 2015 Copa Libertadores - South America's elite club competition.
