Soccer fans seeking accommodation for the Chile-Australia World Cup Group B clash in Cuiaba can expect to pay double the amount charged in Rio de Janeiro for the final.

The average median price in Cuiaba for a standard hotel room June 13 is $810, according to hotel search portal Trivago, reports Xinhua.

The rate is the highest in any Brazilian city during the World Cup.

A monthly analysis of prices since January shows room rates are decreasing as the World Cup draws nearer.

The average price of accommodation in Rio de Janeiro for the final scheduled on July 13 has fallen to $395 from $698 in January.

Located in Brazil's west, Cuiaba is among the most isolated of Brazil's 12 World Cup cities, along with the Amazonian capital Manaus.
