Delhi sees warm Sunday morning

Delhi woke up to a warm Sunday morning with the minimum temperature settling one notch above average at 26.7 degrees Celsius. Partly cloudy sky and lightning are expected towards the evening, the Met Office said.

"Lightning and partly cloudy sky are expected towards the evening while the maximum temperature is likely to be around 38 degrees Celsius," said an official of India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 47 percent.

Maximum temperature Saturday was 36 degrees Celsius, three notches above average, while the minimum temperature was 24.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below average.
