Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Sunday announced that residents of 45 resettlement colonies would be conferred freehold ownership rights.

The land for the construction of the community centre and the required funds are being provided by the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) and the Trans Yamuna Development Board respectively.
Speaking about her government's achievements, Dikshit said that they have constructed 66 flyovers in last 10 years and also expanded infrastructure in the field of transport, education, health apart from regularizing large number of colonies.
