After Kim Kardashian revealed that she lost around 8 kg after giving birth to her son last week, a new report claims that the reality TV star underwent a surgery to shed her weight.
According to Radar Online, the impressive weight loss was the result of a procedure called cool sculpting which the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star secretly went through, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Kim has undergone cool sculpting because she said that she needs to look super-hot for New Year's," a source said.
"Kim would totally get liposuction, but Kanye would lose it because he is very against that specific procedure for his wife," added the source.
The 35-year-old star previously underwent cool sculpting and it was even documented in an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".
The procedure is said to be "a non-invasive fat-blasting procedure done by a plastic surgeon".
As previously reported, Kim's husband Kanye West strongly disagreed with any form of plastic surgery after he lost his mother Donda from a routine breast augmentation gone wrong, back in 2007.
"The fact that Kim said that she has lost 17 pounds already is really alarming to the rest of her family because she is sending the wrong message to her fans," the source continued.
