Saint Etienne striker Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has transferred to Champions League finalist Borussia Dortmund until 2018.
The Gabon international Thursday became the German club's second new arrival, reports Xinhua.
"We are delighted that we were able to sign our desired player. He is a versatile player with enormous speed and is dangerous in front of the goal," Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc said via the clubs official homepage
Aubameyang started his professional career at AC Milan in 2008 where he was loaned out to French teams most of the time. The 24-year-old striker finally settled for AS Saint Etienne in 2011 to score 39 goals in 101 appearances.
However, both sides agreed to maintain silence over further contract details.
Dortmund completed the last season in second position behind Bayern Munich to ensure a berth in the UEFA Champions League.
