Actress Vidya Balan, paired opposite director-actor Farhan Akhtar in the movie "Shaadi Ke Side Effects", Saturday lauded the actor's performance in "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag".
"I have just seen the movie and he has done a fabulous job as Milkha Singh," Balan told IANS on the sidelines of the launch of artist Sohini Mukhopadhyay's first solo Rabindra sangeet album "Dukkho Rakhi Sukh O" by Asha Audio Company here.
Directed by Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra, the biopic based on legendary Indian athlete Milkha Singh's life that released Friday managed an impressive Rs.8.5 crore business on its opening day.
"Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" also stars Sonam Kapoor, who is still riding high on the success of her last release "Raanjhanaa".
Balan's forthcoming movie "Shaadi Ke Side Effects" is a sequel to the 2006 hit film "Pyaar Ke Side Effects".
