Firing at New York concert leaves one dead

A woman died while three men were wounded after a gunfire at a concert by Atlanta-based hip-hop artist T.I, whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr, here.

The concert was being held at Irving Plaza here on Wednesday.

Witnesses reported panic inside the concert hall when the shots rang out. Police have sealed off the area around the venue, reports bbc.com.

No one has been arrested so far, and the motive of the shooting is unclear.

TI was yet to perform when the firing happened, and the artiste's representatives are yet to comment.
