Filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon's upcoming Tamil romantic-drama with actor Silambarasan aka Simbu has been titled "Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada", inspired by a popular song.
The song originally featured in 1960 Tamil film "Mannadhi Mannan", starring M.G. Ramachandran.
In a statement, Gautham said the title is apt for the story.
The regular shooting of the film starts in a few days.
Also starring Pallavi Subhash, the film marks Gautham's second film with Simbu after the highly successful "Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya" (2010).
A.R. Rahman, who has been roped in to compose the music for the film, has already composed three songs.
