A case has been registered against the management of a private school here on the charge of endangering the life of a girl student during a horse-riding event on the campus, police said on Wednesday.
Reshida Ridzhal, who hails from Moscow, said in her police complaint that her minor daughter suffered serious injuries during a horse riding session in the Pathways School premises on February 18.
The case was registered under Section 337 of the Indian Penal Code at Bhondsi police station. The school is located in the Aravali foothills of Raisina.
Ridzhal, currently residing in the upscale Park View City here on Sohna Road, said the school management did not make proper arrangements and take necessary precautions during the ride, investigation officer Jaibhagwan told IANS.
He said a notice had been issued to school officials to join the probe.
