Songstress Harshdeep Kaur has made her best friend Mankeet Singh her companion for life by marrying him in a hush-hush ceremony.
The "Kabira" singer took to social networking site Facebook to share the news.
"Got married to my Best Friend Mankeet Singh yesterday... Need your blessings," read a post on her Facebook page on Saturday.
Other details of the matrimonial alliance, which took place on Friday, are still not known.
The 28-year-old also posted a photograph of herself along with the groom in the midst of the traditional Sikh wedding ceremony.
Harshdeep is seen as a ravishing bride in a light pink ensemble and tasteful jewellery, while her husband exudes elegance in a simple white sherwani.
The singer is also known for crooning "Katiya karoon" from "Rockstar" and "Heer" from "Jab Tak Hai Jaan".
