Fans often go crazy after meeting their favourite star and express themselves differently - some cry, get pictures clicked or hug and kiss them. But actor Liam Hemsworth had a totally different effect on one of his fans.
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" actor recently went out of his way to make a sobbing fan feel better, but the situation turned worse.
The fan cried uncontrollably and collapsed on the red carpet at the movie's premiere here.
Recounting the incident, Hemsworth said in a statement: "A girl was hysterically crying. I (was) told she collapsed on the carpet. I gave her a hug and then she almost threw up."
Sci-fi adventure film "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire", which also stars Jennifer Lawrence, is releasing in India Dec 6 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
