Depressed over being HIV positive, a 23-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging himself at his house here Monday, police said.
"His family members spotted him hanging at his house in the Walled City area and informed police. A team was rushed to the spot. He was taken to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead," a police officer said.
The officer added that the victim's family members said that he was depressed for being HIV positive.
