Director Gary Marshall says actresses Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn are "pretty much the same person".
"They're pretty much the same person! They're both funny, have a fun time on the set and help me a lot with my gag reel," Marshall told people.com at the New York premiere of the film "Mother's Day".
Hudson had previously shared that her family is incredibly "open" to each other but she shares a particularly close bond with her mother.
"Unfortunately or fortunately, our family is very open. There's some things that we don't necessarily want to know about each other, but everything is out on the table in our family. My mom is my great confidante. I pretty much do tell my mom everything. It's vice versa," she said.
