Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Monday said he was not 'Rambo' but he did everything he could to help people stranded in disaster-hit Uttarakhand.

"I and my government did everything possible to help stranded people from Bihar in Uttarakhand. But I am not a 'Rambo' chief minister to claim big," he told mediapersons here.

Kumar was reacting for the first time after leaders from friend-turned-foe BJP accused him of failing to help people from Bihar who were stranded in Uttarakhand.

Last month, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi had claimed that he helped evacuate hundreds of Gujaratis from Uttarakhand.
