Singer Aaron Carter, who has opened up on his addiction to cosmetic surgery and painkillers, says he remains concerned about his health.
The 29-year-old broke down in tears on TV show "The Doctors" as he discussed it, reports etonline.com.
"I'm concerned about my overall health because people tell me I look like I have AIDS or I look like I have cancer or I look like I'm dying," Carter said.
During the show, Carter tested negative for both cocaine and methamphetamine, and the show's doctor, Travis Stork, warned him of the potential health consequences of taking drugs.
