Software giant IBM on Wednesday announced that Prana Studios, a 3-D animation and visual effects studio, has selected IBM Cloud to run and develop critical applications for the creation of next-generation visual effects.
Prana collaborates with major movie studios and independent production companies around the world to create state-of-the-art visual imagery for full-length feature animated, live action and hybrid films.
"Prana has earned a reputation as an innovative, creative powerhouse, so its selection of the IBM Cloud as the platform was a natural fit," said Vivek Malhotra, Director of Cloud, IBM India and South Asia, in a statement.
IBM Cloud delivers fast, easy and automated access to public, private and hybrid Cloud services to help clients digitally transform.
