India pipped Zimbabwe by three runs to win the three-match Twenty20 International cricket series 2-1 at the Harare Sports Club here on Wednesday.
Riding on Kedar Jadhav's brilliant 42-ball 58, India managed to post 138/6. In reply, Timycen Maruma's 13-ball 23 not out almost helped Zimbabwe chase down the target but they fell short by three runs.
Needing 21 runs in the final over, Indian left-arm seamer Barinder Sran conceded 12 runs in the first two deliveries but came back strong to deny Zimbabwe a rare series win.
