Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa on Thursday named four white tiger cubs who were added last year to Arignar Anna Zoological Park, popularly known as Vandalur Zoo, an official said.
In a statement here, the state government said white tigress Akansha gave birth to four female cubs last September.
Jayalalithaa on Thursday named them as Anitha, Preetha, Suneetha and Sangeetha.
She also reviewed the arrangements at the zoo with the officials.
