The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday suspended the detention of Mumbai terror attack mastermind Zaki-ur Rahman Lakhvi.
Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi passed the order, Geo News reported.
Lakhvi had moved the IHC against the government's decision on his detention.
On Dec 19, Lakhvi was detained under the maintenance of public order, a day after he was granted bail by an anti-terrorism court (ATC).
The ATC had granted bail to Lakhavi on a Pakistani Rs.500,000 ($4,954) surety bond.
Lakhvi was represented by Advocate Rizwan Abbasi and the Federal Investigation Agency by Chaudhry Azhar.

Lakhvi was arrested in February 2009 and was indicted with six others Nov 25, 2009 on the basis of the confessional statement of the lone surviving attacker Ajmal Kasab, who was executed in India Nov 21, 2012.
Lakhvi was believed to be the operational chief of the Lashkar-e-Taiba, which has been accused by India of carrying out the Mumbai attack Nov 26-29, 2008.
