A goal by Karim Rekik in injury-time earned PSV a 2-1 win against Heracles Almelo, helping them open a four-point lead in the Dutch Eredivisie.
After a mistake by PSV goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet, Heracles Almelo took the lead in the 29th minute Sunday night, but just before half-time, PSV equalised through Luuk de Jong. The striker finished a pass by Memphis Depay, reports Xinhua.
Two minutes into injury-time defender Rekik went up front to score the winner from close range.
Earlier Sunday, Ajax came from behind to win 4-2 at SC Cambuur.
FC Twente had an easy afternoon at bottom side FC Dordrecht (4-0 win), while Vitesse and Feyenoord drew 0-0 in Arnhem.
PSV lead the Dutch standings with 30 points from 12 matches, followed by Ajax (26), FC Twente (21), Feyenoord (21) and PEC Zwolle (20).
