Candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the Congress and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Sandhya Rai, Devashish Jararia and Babulal Jamore, respectively, in the Bhind parliamentary constituency of Madhya Pradesh were put under a day-long house arrest on Sunday as a preventive measure during polling for the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
